Nurturing Hope, Supporting Families Amidst the Pandemic.
In our mission to combat COVID-19, we extend a helping hand to families in need. We provided essential provisions and spread kindness during the challenging times.
During the global COVID-19 pandemic, we embarked on a journey of compassion, resilience, and solidarity. Recognizing the unprecedented challenges faced by individuals and communities, we committed ourselves to social work initiatives and we aimed at providing support, fostering connection, and uplifting those most affected by the covid crisis.
The year that followed covid had a terrible financial impact on people's lives. So, we worked closely with communities to identify their pressing needs. We identified 10 woman who lost their husbands due to COVID-19 and created opportunities to sustain their livelihood by presenting them with sewing machines. Considering the economic challenges that auto drivers and barbers faced during the lockdown, stemming from a decrease in passenger numbers and salon visitors, we supported 150 auto drivers and 50 barbers with monthly provisions. We
also provided tricycles for 5 people who were in need.
