We believe that everyone, regardless of their socio-economic background, deserves the chance to spread their wings and victoriously navigate through the skies of success. Quality education is the absolute right of every individual and the youth of India should never be deprived of this basic right just because they do not have a good financial background or access to resources to realise their dreams.
Wings of Victory IAS academy was fuelled by a fervent belief in the transformative power of education and a deep-seated commitment to nurturing leaders who embody the values of integrity, empathy, and social responsibility. Our journey is guided by the unwavering belief that by investing in the development of ethical leaders, we contribute to the flourishing of a just and equitable society. With this vision of nation-building and cultivation of ethical and socially responsible leaders, Wings of Victory Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Academy was founded in May 2022.
Our mission is to break barriers and create pathways for underprivileged students to equip themselves for competitive civil service exams, skill development, and essential resources. We strive to empower them with the tools and confidence needed to overcome adversity and reach their full potential.
How did the thought of starting IAS academy conceive?

Social Responsibility: A deep commitment to being socially responsible was the core of this initiative. We felt a profound obligation to contribute to the development of this sector as civil servants play a vital role in shaping the destiny of our nation.

Access to Quality Education: Socio-economic disparities often impede the access to quality education for aspirants from marginalized backgrounds. We aspired to bridge this gap and make IAS preparation accessible to all range of students.

Nurture Ethical Leaders: We wanted to create an institution which will place strong emphasis on ethics, integrity, and moral values. We aspired to nurture leaders like Daniel and David (Biblical characters) who not only excel academically but also embody the highest standards of moral conduct.

Long term impact on society: We were deeply motivated to make a lasting social change. By instilling a sense of public service and a commitment to ethical governance in our students, we aspire to create a ripple effect that extends beyond our academy.
